GlassScript helps you read public CMS Open Payments data. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not change treatment based on this site alone; talk with your clinician.

Data accuracy

Figures are as reported to CMS by drug and device makers and may be disputed, corrected, or republished over time. The site is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. How figures are computed, and the known limitations, are described on how we compute things.

Fair use of the site

Please do not present GlassScript content as an official government publication, and do not present the figures here as accusations of wrongdoing. A reported payment is legal and is not evidence that a clinician did anything improper.

API access

Programmatic access is offered through the data API. Its terms, tiers, and rate limits are described on the developers page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GlassScript is not liable for decisions made based on the data shown here. When in doubt, verify against the official CMS publication.
